Preparations are well underway for our annual HSA Walk-a-Thon, which will be held this year on February 2, 2018. We are currently seeking corporate sponsors for the event!
Corporate sponsors will have their names or logos printed on the t-shirts distributed to all students. Corporate sponsorship is essential to the success of Walk-a-Thon! We are asking all Harbordale families to spread the word about sponsorship. Perhaps your employer would be willing to sponsor? Or if you, a friend, or a family member is a business owner and would like the exposure presented by becoming a sponsor?
Sponsorships and logos must be received no later than December 15 at 8:30am to be included on the event t-shirts.

Walk-a-Thon Sponsorship Opportunities
HSA Walk-a-Thon will be held at Harbordale Elementary during school hours in February. To help us meet our fundraising goals, we are offering corporate sponsorship opportunities. All donations directly benefit the Harbordale School Association (HSA). The HSA is a registered 501(c)3 organization; your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The HSA federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 46-1413084.
Register your sponsorship using the form below, or email walkathon@harbordalehsa.com for the sponsorship packet. Sponsorships and logos must be received by the deadline in order to be included on the t-shirt.
Walk-a-Thon Corporate Sponsorship Levels
Run! This spot is a top sponsorship spot. Sponsor’s name and/or logo will have top billing on event t-shirts which will be given to each student, teacher, staff, and key volunteers. Students will be permitted to wear the event t-shirts on Fridays for the remainder of the year. Sponsor’s name iwll be prominently displayed on event sign and meter board, located in the front office of the school. Limit of 2 Run! sponsors accepted. $1,000 donation each.
Jog! This spot is the mid-level sponsorship spot. Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be displayed just under the top billing on event T-shirts which will be given to each student, teacher, school employee, and key volunteers. Students will be permitted to wear the event t-shirts on Fridays for the remainder of the year. Sponsor’s name will be displayed on event sign and meter board located in the front office of the school. Limit of 4 Jog! sponsors. $600 donation each.
Walk! Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be on event T-shirts which will be given to each student, teacher, school employee, and key volunteers. Students will be permitted to wear the event t-shirts on Fridays for the remainder of the year. Sponsor’s name will be displayed on event sign and meter board located in the front office of the school. Limit of 9 Walk! sponsors available. $300 donation each.
Fitness Fun or Water Sponsor or Fruit Sponsor. Sponsor’s name will be listed on the Sponsor Board located in the front office and at a fitness station along the route. Limit of 8 Fitness Fun sponsors. $100 donation each.
Logo for sponsorship can be submitted online using the form below. Logos must be in black/grayscale and submitted in .eps or .ai format. To be included on the t-shirt, sponsorship and artwork must be received by the deadline. Please email walkathon@harbordalehsa.com for more information.
