The HSA relies on parent volunteers for many events and fundraisers to be successful. When volunteers are needed, HSA coordinators will create sign-up forms to allow volunteers to sign up to help. On this page, you can view any currently-active sign-up forms.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: if you are signing up to volunteer in-person for any school-related activity, you must first submit a District Volunteer Application.

Hispanic Heritage Piñata Making 2026

Join us for some craft-making fun for Hispanic Heritage Month. 🪅
Señora Kupferman put together exciting piñata-making sessions for the students. Young hands 🤚🤚 need lots of help to get the piñatas done effectively and in time. ✂️✂️ Join your kid’s class to help. Be extra helpful by signing up for other classes too. Some sessions are back-to-back; please sign up for multiple sessions if you’re able. All sessions will be held in the Spanish Language Room in the 2-story building, ground floor. Supplies and instructions will be provided. Must be an approved Broward School District volunteer. ¡Muchas gracias!
Please note: this activity is limited to grades 2–5. Kindergarten and first-grade students will participate in a Hispanic Heritage Celebration during their Spanish class that week.
