The HSA relies on parent volunteers for many events and fundraisers to be successful. When volunteers are needed, HSA coordinators will create sign-up forms to allow volunteers to sign up to help. On this page, you can view any currently-active sign-up forms.

Meet The Masters 2026

Harbordale Elementary Proudly Presents... Meet The Masters 2026!
From March 30th to April 10th
Volunteer your time while having a wonderful, creative time with our students. Spots fill up quickly... don't wait.
Each grade does a different artwork project. We need our parents' crafty extra set of hands to complete the art project on schedule and make it a success.
The expectations are simple: Ms. Hardison will direct you on how to prepare and set out the art supplies for the incoming class. After a quick instruction by Ms. Hardison, the students get to work. As they create, you walk around the room keeping students on task and providing additional supplies as necessary. No special skills are required. Give support and offer hands-on help as needed. Don't wear white! 🙂
Towards the end of the class, you collect the projects and supplies, encourage the kids to clean up, maybe wipe down the tables if necessary. Finally, if you have a few minutes before you leave, you begin to prepare and set out the supplies for the next class. Â
Each class is a half-hour with 10 minutes of clean-up. Sign up for multiple days to connect with the kids and watch their projects develop from start to finish. Back-to-back signs-ups encouraged.Â
Heads up, parents of Ms. Vaughn, Ms. Samuels, and Ms. Goldstein! If you are looking to volunteer for these classes, please note that their name isn't listed on the signup. Since their students will join other classes for Meet The Masters, you'll just need to check with your student or their teacher to see whom they're paired with.
