The HSA relies on parent volunteers for many events and fundraisers to be successful. When volunteers are needed, HSA coordinators will create sign-up forms to allow volunteers to sign up to help. On this page, you can view any currently-active sign-up forms.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: if you are signing up to volunteer in-person for any school-related activity, you must first submit a District Volunteer Application.

Fall Season at Harbordale means one thing:
Pumpkin Pizzazz!
Bring you, your family, friends, and neighbors, to our school carnival event - and don't forget to wear a costume for the Halloween costume contest or dress for the season!
Pumpkin Pizzazz is one of our largest and most popular events of the year!
The Harbordale School Association helps raise funds via ticket and wristband sales to participate in activities which include carnival games, arts & crafts, inflatables, pie eating contest, musical chair style cake walk, as well as themed gift basket raffles from each grade with all proceeds benefiting our school and students to fulfill our current needs (ex: new computers, educational programs, etc).
This event involves lots of volunteer opportunities for both day of and several days prior. We also need day-of help from set-up to clean-up.
NOTE: You do not need to be a registered volunteer with Broward Schools to volunteer at the event on October 24th. However, you have to be a registered volunteer to assist with any of the sign-up events that occur during school hours. Also, please feel free to sign up your high school children as volunteers to fulfill their service hour requirements.
REMINDER 5TH GRADE FAMILIES: Pumpkin Pizzazz is YOUR event to earn 5th Grade Graduation funds by donating carnival prizes, mini-pies, cakes, drinks and/or filling any volunteer needs.
