🪙 HARBORDALE SCHOOL ASSOCIATION CHANGE CHALLENGE🪙
Small Change, BIG Difference!
🎉Get ready to collect, sabotage, and shift your way to victory!🎉
Harbordale families, it’s time to make every penny count! Join us for the HSA Change Challenge, a fun, friendly competition where a little change can make a BIG difference.
Our goal is to raise $2,000, and every coin, bill, and digital donation brings us one step closer. Which classroom will rise to the top? Which class will take the lead? And who will help the entire school win the ultimate reward?
📅 WHEN: November 17–19th, 2026 | 7:30–7:55 AM
📍 WHERE: Car Loop at morning drop-off. There will be designated classroom collection buckets.
🎯 OUR GOAL: $2,000
💰 HOW IT WORKS:
1. COLLECT: Every Coin Counts!
Bring your loose change and drop it into your child’s classroom bucket. The classroom with the heaviest bucket wins!
BONUS: Every tube of rolled coins adds an extra ½ ounce to your classroom’s weight. Roll those coins and give your class a boost!
2. SABOTAGE: Make a Strategic Move!
No loose change? No problem! You can still shake up the competition. Drop cash or checks into another classroom’s bucket. For every dollar donated, that classroom’s weight will be reduced by ¼ ounce. Choose your strategy wisely!
3. SHIFT: Turn the Tides… Digitally!
On Wednesday, November 18th, 2026, visit the HSA website to make a digital payment and help shift the competition in your child’s classroom’s favor.
🏆 THE COMPETITION IS ON!🏆
Buckets will be weighed every day, and daily totals will be announced. The classroom on top each day will win a special prize!
🎉THE ULTIMATE SCHOOL-WIDE REWARD: If we reach our $2,000 goal, the ENTIRE school wins a DRESS DOWN DAY! That’s right, every classroom, every student, our entire Harbordale community can celebrate together!
Ready to Make Some Noise (and Some Change)?
Gather those coins, rally your classroom, and get ready to compete!
