Congratulations to our music teacher, Anthony Ciotti!

We are thrilled to celebrate Anthony Ciotti, an exceptional music educator, accomplished accompanist, and award-winning tenor, on being named a Semi-Finalist for Broward Public Schools Teacher of the Year!

As the music teacher at Harbordale Elementary in Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Ciotti inspires young musicians every day! His passion, dedication, and uncompromising standards of excellence consistently lead students to All-County and All-State honors.

His impact reaches far beyond the classroom. For over 20 years, Anthony has been the accompanist for the NSU Nova Singers, has served as a vocal coach and accompanist at the New World School of the Arts, College Division, and has collaborated with countless soloists, choirs, and productions across South Florida and beyond.

As a tenor, he has performed with the Florida Grand Opera, Palm Beach Opera, and the New England Conservatory Opera Theater, earning prestigious honors including the Pavarotti Scholarship and NATS competition awards.

This recognition celebrates not only Anthony’s extraordinary talent, but his heart for teaching and his lifelong commitment to music education. We are so proud!

The finalist and semi-finalist will be recognised at the Broward County Public School’s Caliber Awards Ceremony tonight , February 6th  starting at 3:00 PM at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale.
