15th Street Sidewalk Petition / HSA News / By sstreicher 15th Street Sidewalk Install Sidewalks Along 15th StreetWe, the residents of SE 15th Street in Fort Lauderdale, do unequivocally support the installation of a "PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY" along 15th Street. In a recent study by an independent engineering company, they are proposing a 4-5 foot painted walkway on the south side of SE 15th Street from Cordova Road to the Fisheries Restaurant. They City has also submitted plans and recommendations to assist in the inconvenience to the few complexes that would have their current "tandem" parking affected. This proposal addresses the current safety issues for pedestrians who utilize this unsafe roadway.
